• Listing & content data — business details, photos, jobs, property, marketplace items, offers, reviews, and submissions you provide.
• Usage data — search queries, pages viewed, favorites, device/browser type, and approximate location if you choose to share it for nearby results.
• Support messages — information you send by email or phone when contacting us.

2. How we use information

• Operate search, profiles, dashboards, and moderation.
• Show your public listing details to people searching in Mardan.
• Improve ranking, relevance, and site reliability.
• Send account or security emails (for example password reset).
• Respond to support, partnership, and correction requests.
• Detect spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising.

3. What is public

Information you publish on a listing (business name, address, phone, hours, photos, descriptions, offers, jobs, etc.) is visible to other users once approved. Reviews you post may also appear publicly with your display name. Keep private details out of listing text.

4. Sharing

We may share limited data with service providers who host our servers, email delivery, or analytics — only as needed to run MardanCity. We may disclose information if required by applicable law in Pakistan or to protect users and the platform from harm or illegal use.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies/local storage for login sessions, language preference, and basic site function. You can clear these in your browser; some features (like staying signed in) may stop working.

6. Data retention & security

We keep account and listing data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and backup purposes. We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls). No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

• Update profile and listing details from your dashboard when signed in.
• Request correction of inaccurate public listing information.
• Request account deletion by emailing engrdanishsabir00@gmail.com. We may retain minimal records required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

8. Children

MardanCity is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
